About Our Company
The Alviar Group of Laboratories started in 1972 when Faustino G. Alviar, a US Trained Medical Technologist, established the very first Alviar laboratory in Paco Manila (Biomedical Laboratory). Since the beginning its objective is to deliver fast and accurate results yet reasonably priced for every Filipino family.
F.G. Alviar also established the "Watch-Your-Health-Movement" medical mission program on the same year. The program involves sending a team of dedicated medical technologists to far-flung provinces to provide low cost diagnostic testing.
Due to its unique "Alviar" way of service, the laboratory quickly gained popularity. Hence, three more branches were established - Alviar Medical Laboratories, Inc in Makati (1982), FG Alviar Diagnostic Laboratory, Inc. in Sucat (1992) and Alviar Medical Laboratories, Inc in Filinvest, Alabang (2013).
