The information and medical diagnostic tests transactions are securely stored in the branch’s storage files, while the digital copies stored in an encrypted computer database servers.

Retention of such data is ten (10) years as per DOH Administrative Order 2022-0007 Philippine Standards on the Retention Period of Documents, Records, Slides and Specimens in Clinical Laboratories.
